Standard DFW wood-frame construction from the housing boom era. Nothing exotic:

Practical Budget Conversations

For whole-home audio — Sonos is almost always the right answer for Liberty Grove-tier homes. Control4 is overkill unless you’re also doing lighting, shades, and climate integration.
